South American Guests and Instructors

SPBASA's Executive Committee approved two new registration clauses:

• South American Guests which allows pipe band members to be registered in multiple pipe bands, while still limiting to compete in one pipe band per season.  The ultimate intent of this goal is to allow members to gain experience from other South American pipe bands, and also to allow individual members to compete in a band when their original band prefers not to compete.

• South American Instructors which allows instructors to compete in Youth League pipe bands, and optionally in officer positions.

Next in this process will be the 2022 Roster, including the above options.
