Double-Set Submission

A double-set submission applies to any competition category, and it requires the competing entity to submit two of the sets required in a given category. Only one will be required to be executed, and the selection will be random-based (e.g. flip of a coin). This determination will be done immediately before the competing entity's turn to perform.
