SPBASA Approves Constitution's 1st Amendment

SPBASA's Executive Committee approved on November 11, 2009 the 1st Amendment to its Constitution, one of the projects triggered at SPBASA's 5th anniversary strategic meetings in Dec 2008 and Feb 2009 (see post).  This amendment brings clearer definitions and conditions for membership and their representation in SPBASA.  Other changes are minor and cascade from the new Membership section.  See the New Constitution.
