Revised Reps operations and approval processes

The Executive Committee approved earlier this week an amendment to SPBASA's Constitution Management Section, where it now allows for the designation of project teams and sub-committees.  Project teams are to be created for elaborating a proposal and making a recommendation on a specific subject matter and finite endeavor.  Instead, sub-committees will be empowered for making ongoing revisions and updates of a specific subject matter.  This is a step forward in the decision-making process, where to this point all decisions involved the participation of the entire Executive Committee, while now there are two additional organizational approaches.  SPBASA's Executive Committee already has a list of deliverables  to be assigned to teams and sub-committees.
