Supplies for Event Officers

For all event officers: The Event Organiser must provide the following minimum accommodations and supplies for the day of the event:

• • Tent: Square-roofed tent fitting a 3x2m table and 5 chairs.

  • Refreshments: soft drinks must be provided throughout the event.

  • Food: at least lunch or tea must be provided.

  • Association’s Scoresheets and holding boards

  • Stationary supplies
