Welcome Lord Cochrane PB and Latitude 33 PB

SPBASA welcomes its most recent members, Lord Cochrane Pipe Band (Chile), and Latitude 33 Pipe Band (Uruguay)! Both bands are mostly comprised of former members of disbanded pipe bands (Andes Highlanders - Chile - and Southern Cross - Uruguay), so it is great to see so many pipers and drummers returning to action!
