Objectives

The Association will have the following objectives:

• • Promote all aspects of Scottish pipe bands, piping, and pipe band drumming in South America.

  • Liaison with other organisations and persons, both within South America and elsewhere, which are engaged in the promotion of activities the same as of the Association.

  • Establish and publish rules, regulations, and guidelines applicable to events entailing Scottish pipe bands, piping, and pipe band drumming in within South America.
