Rights

• Initial non-voting period: New member pipe bands have voting rights as from 3 years after their membership acceptance date.

• Exception to the initial non-voting period: initial non-voting period does not apply to new member pipe bands formed by at least 60% of pipers and drummers transferring from a present SPBASA member pipe band; where the original pipe band continues to exist at the moment of application, or has been disbanded within 6 months before the creation of the new member pipe band.
