Secretary

The Secretary must minimally do the following:

• Ensure that all members of the Executive Committee are informed of the meetings.

• Make available to the Association members all the Executive Committee’s resolutions.

• Maintain minutes of all meetings.

• Ensure all present at a meeting are duly entitled to vote.
