Amendments to the Constitution

The constitution may only be amended at an Annual General Meeting, provided that: 

• • The Annual General Meetings was called in terms set out by the Constitution before being amended. 

  • Changes were approved by the Board prior to the Annual General Meeting by a majority of at least two thirds. 

  • At least two thirds of the members of the Board with voting rights is present at the Annual General Meeting, or represented by means of Proxies.
