Amendments to the Constitution

This constitution may be amended (points changed, added, or deleted) at an AGM provided that:

• • The AGM was called in terms of the Constitution before being amended.

  • Change is conducted according to the Constitution before being amended.

  • At least two thirds of SPBASA's Executive Committee is either present or represented by means of their Substitutes or a Proxies.

  • At least two thirds of all votes are in favour of the amendment.
