Annual General Meetings
The Executive Committee will determine the time frame for the Annual General Meeting (AGM), where there must be at least 10 months between one AGM and the next. Notice of the AGM must be given to the Board at least one month in advance.
Annual General Meetings are open to all Association members, and consequently to all performers of the Association’s Pipe Band Member, all members of the Association’s Associated Members and all active countries, independent pipers and drummers.
Annual General Meetings will have the following Agenda:
Receive and approve the President’s report on the state of affairs of the Association;
Receive and approve the Treasurer’s report and the audited balance sheet and statement of income and expenditure for the previous fiscal year (if applicable);
Fix member subscription fees for the current fiscal year (if applicable);
In years when elections are due, elect a President;
Any other business requested by any member of the Association to the Executive Committee at least two weeks before the AGM.
