Termination

•  Resignation: Member pipe bands may choose to resign at any time as members of the Association, thus putting an end to their rights and obligations.

• Dissolution: Member pipe bands that are disbanded automatically terminate their Association membership.

• By petition: A member pipe band’s membership can be terminated at any time through a petition backed by at least 60% of the Board.
