Appointments: Member pipe bands must appoint persons to cover any roles required by the Association’s Constitution, the Board or the Executive Committee, informing the Executive Committee of appointments and any changes of appointees.
Representatives: In particular, member pipe bands must appoint one Representative and one Substitute Representative to be part of the Board. Pipe band Representatives and Substitute Representatives can be active or former performers of the pipe band's piping or drumming corps.
Band member registration: Member pipe bands are required to provide a complete list of fully equipped active performers (pipers and drummers) to the Executive Committee on a yearly basis. The Executive Committee will determine the time frame for this annual requirement. Should the list of active performers vary during a given year in such way as to impact voting rights, bands are expected to immediately inform the Executive Committee. Failure to do so may result in sanctions to be determined by the Board.
Monetary disbursements: Member pipe bands must pay all monetary obligations as determined by the Board.
Discipline: Member pipe bands and their performers (active or former) must abide by the Association’s Code of Conduct.
