Eligibility

• • Geographical location: pipe bands must be from South America, meaning practices, performances and performer's residency must occur/be primarily in/from South America.

  • Number of fully equipped active performers: pipe bands should comprise of at least 5 (five) pipers, 2 (two) snare drummers, 1 (one) bass drummer, and 1 (one) tenor drummer; in all cases equipped with a pipe band uniform (as per SPBASA's dress code) and Great Highland Bagpipe or pipe band percussion (as per SPBASA's objectives and focus)
