Eligibility

• • Geographical location: Pipe bands must be from South America, meaning practices, performances and performers’ residency must be primarily in South America.

• • Number of fully equipped active performers: Pipe bands should comprise at least five pipers, two snare drummers, one bass drummer and one tenor drummer, in all cases equipped with a pipe band uniform (as per the Association’s Dress Code) and a Great Highland Bagpipe or pipe band percussion (as per the Association’s objectives and focus)
