Events‎ > ‎Competitions‎ > ‎Adjudication‎ > ‎

Adjudicators shall provide an accurate assessment of the competing entity’s performance and, where appropriate, constructive criticism.  Adjudicators shall not criticize the selection of arrangement of a tune.

No penalties for lateness, player shortage, or for not playing within required times shall be enacted by the adjudicators.  Instead, this responsibility lies with the Band Marshall, and Competition Steward.

Adjudicators are not allowed to exchange with one another any sort of performance-related information, opinions, results, etc.  The only exception for this rule applies for adjudicator-mentoring programs, in which the exchange may only be after each performance (not during) and only among the respective mentoring and mentored adjudicators.
