RSPBA Prescribed Tunes requirements

Where specified within the Pipe Band Competition Categories, SPBASA is now requiring the RSPBA Prescribed Tunes.  Until this change, these tunes were recommended but not required.  SPBASA's intent with this change is to put into practice a well-proven guideline of tunes and music scores used not only by the RSPBA, but also adopted by most pipe band associations worldwide.

This change included also a new competition category, the two-part 2/4 March, where in this case the RSPBA prescribed tunes are required.
