An Annual General Meeting (AGM) must be held not later than one month after the beginning of each fiscal year. Notice of such AGM must be given at least one month in advance.
At each AGM the following shall apply:
- The outgoing President shall provide a detailed report of the activities of the Association during the closing fiscal year.
- The outgoing Treasurer shall provide a detailed report of the financial and economical situation of the Association.
- There shall be conducted any other issues of which any member of the Association submitted to the Executive Committee at least two weeks before the AGM.
